Asked before you start
Is this an eye-level walkthrough?
Not the standard moves: those hover over the top of the walls, as if the roof were lifted off a scale model. Choose Walkthrough for eye level; it pictures each room from your plan and strings up to eight of them into one film.
How long does a clip take?
Plan on two to four minutes, or up to eight when the queue is long. Feel free to close the tab: finished clips wait under Recent videos, and a failed one is refunded in full.
Which format should I pick?
Landscape suits your site, YouTube and screens at the sales office. Portrait suits Reels, Shorts and Status. Undecided? Go landscape; it can be cropped to portrait afterwards.
Can I add a voice over or trending audio?
Clips come with a soundtrack but never a voice. Choose Silent and add your own track or voice over in your editor or app.
What does a full 15 second tour cost?
510 credits at 720p, 675 credits at 1080p Pro, or 525 credits at 2K without sound.
Is my render stored?
Your upload is used for that one clip and then discarded. The MP4 stays downloadable for a week before it is removed.
